4. Fees & Refund Policy
Consultancy fees are for guidance and documentation work. Once services have commenced, fees are non-refundable irrespective of visa outcome.
5. Processing Time
Processing time is controlled by embassies/consulates. Visanta Overseas does not guarantee timeline or outcome.
6. Document Handling
We maintain document confidentiality. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by couriers or third-party services.
7. Third-Party Charges
Embassy fees, biometric charges, courier, translation, and medical test fees are not included in consultancy fees unless stated otherwise.
8. Change in Rules
Immigration rules may change. We are not responsible for decisions based on updated rules after submission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Visanta Overseas is not liable for visa refusal, delays, policy changes, client misrepresentation, or third-party errors.
